Weight Watchers Recipes: Apple and Cinnamon Scrolls

Hi Everyone! I apoloigize for the lack of sound in this video guys, having some technical difficulty at the moment, but such is life

This is a delicious recipe, they are a bakery favourite and you can make them at home easily and healthily!

2 3/4 cups self-raising flour (plus a little extra)
1 tsp dry yeast (7g)
2 tablespoons caster sugar
Oil Spray
50g WW canola spread
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup buttermilk or 1/2 cup skim milk + 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup brown sugar
