Weight Watchers Recipes: Raspberry Buttermilk muffins

If you’re after a delicious afternoon snack that’s low in sugar, and tastes great! These are a sure hit. They are light and fluffy, and, only 4 pro-points per serving, almost 1/3 of a normal bakery muffin. The fresh raspberry flavour is very pronounced and they would go well with a tea or coffee. A great addition would be 100g of white chocolate chips to the batter, making them 5 propoints per serve!
