Weight Watchers Recipes: Simple Cookies

These were an ok biscuit, WAY to small for the amount of propoints. If you decide to try them, let me know what you thought! The photo suggests that they are supposed to spread so that it’s a thin crispy cook…..this didnt happen for me!

Ingredients:
1 egg white
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 tablespoons light margarine
1.5 cups plain flour (all purpose flour)
