This is a really simple and easy side dish or light meal that is simple, quick and budget friendly! It’s delicious too.

1/4 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon onion powder (I used 1 small onion, chopped and cooked)
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder* Optional
500mls skim milk
250g Extra Light Chedder Cheese
