CHRIS AND I MEAL PREP | EASY AND SIMPLE

Long time… well, at most of you guys know that I have been cooking Chris’s meals for his prep and I have also been doing mine too. We are very simple when it comes to the prep, we’re not into the fancy preps, mainly because it’s easier to track and we don’t have to keep changing our macros around. Consistency!!! Consistency!!!!

Here are the basic seasonings you will need:

*Garlic
*Sea Salt (white or pink)
*Black Pepper
*Basil and Cilantro

Extras: (optional)
*Red Onion
*Green Onion
*Mushrooms
*Chicken broth (low sodium)
*Liquid Egg Whites

Meats:

*93/7 Ground Turkey
*Chicken breast/Chicken tenderloins
*94/6 Ground Beef
