This is a quick, easy, low fat cranberry sauce recipe. For this recipe, I use one cup fresh cranberries, one quarter cup water, one bosc pear, and the zest of one half of an orange. To season the dish, I will use cinnamon, apple pie spice, cloves, and stevia all to taste. To prepare this dish, pour cranberries in a microwave safe bowl, add water to the top of cranberries and microwave for one to one and half minutes. Mash berries to remove most of lumps. Add diced pear, orange zest and spices to season. Stir and let set for several minutes.
