Ingredients/ Method

1/2 head of lettuce – chopped
1 cup tomato – chopped
1 cup Cucumber chopped
1 ribbon carrot ( can also use Julienned)
Salt and pepper to taste

Homemade Salad Dressing

2-3 tbsp Tahini
1/8 cup olive oil
2-3 tbsp lemon juice

– Combine all ingredients to make your salad dressing. Mix it with all the veggies and let it chill. Enjoy after 10 mins.
