For Jal Muri Masala
1/4 Cup – Jeera / Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp – Rock Salt Powder
1 Tbsp – Dry Mango / Amchur Powder
1 Tbsp – Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp – Garam Masala
Salt – To taste
For Jhal Mudi Bhel
2 Cups – Kurmura / Puffed Rice
1/4 Cup – Onions, finely Chopped
1/4 Cup – Tomtoes, Finely Chopped,
1/4 Cup – Cucumber, finely chopped
1/4 Cup – Pomegranate
1/4 Cup – Roasted Peanuts
1 Tbsp – Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 Tbsp – Coriander
1/4 Cup – Mustard Oil
1/4 Cup – Sev
1 Tbsp – Jhal Mudi Masala
1) In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of jhal mudi masala and mix well. Store in air tight container upto 1 year in refrigerator.
2) For Jhal Mudi bhel, mix all the ingredients like puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, pomegranate, roasted peanuts, green chillies, coriander, mustard oil, Jhal Mudi Masala & sev.
3) Serve immediately!
