(Soaked overnight, sprouted and boiled for one whistle in
pressure cooker with 1/2 cup of water)
Onion(finely chopped)-1 (small)
Coriander leaves((finely chopped)-1/4 cup
Cucumber(finely chopped)-1/2 cup
Carrot((finely chopped/grated)-1/3 cu
Tomato(finely chopped)-1(small)
Chat masala powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste-1/4 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
