Weight Loss Recipe: Spaghetti Pasta Dish With Tons of Flavor:
This is my second time trying spaghetti squash. The first time I tried it I thought to myself how can I get my family to like it. Spaghetti squash contains a lot of water so in this video I will show you how I fix that. This recipe has so much flavor y’all

Ingredients and directions:
1 spaghetti squash: boiled until tender about 45 minutes ( check by sticking a fork thought it) let cool before cutting. Cut open and fork out the noodles it has seeds just remove them and wrap noodles in a towel and set some heavy books on top.
Season noodles with a little (sprinkle over top) garlic, italian season, 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil, and marinara sauce.
Top with sauce and enjoy.

Sauce:
1/2 pack of mushrooms ( i just use my hand to break them into pieces.
1/2 teaspoon of italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
I/2 of jar of portobello marinara sauce
