This is a standard “what I eat in a day” video. Today I was super healthy, this is how I aim to eat most days but obviously don’t always stick too! I treat myself whenever I want, but my body has just been craving lots of whole foods lately so that is what I am giving it!
Smoothies in the morning make me feel refreshed and energised. I usually only have 1-2 bananas because thats just what I like, I use to force myself to have 4-6 bananas but I just didn’t like it ( you have to do what suits you)
For lunch I made this Portobello mushrooms salad, it was delicious and the mushrooms almost tasted ‘meaty’ which was weird but yum.

For dinner I made what I made 90% of the time. There is nothing better than a whole heap of rice, tofu and salad. Its my FAVE at the moment and I just can’t get enough of it. I have also linked the recipe for that below!
I also had snacks during the day, one of them was the apple cinnamon muffin which I included! I have linked the recipe for that below too.
