Paleo Chicken Soup & How To Make “Cauliflower Rice”

Chicken with Cauliflower Rice Paleo Soup Recipe:
1 head of cauliflower (about 4 cups)
1 chicken, cooked and deboned
Chicken Broth made from boiling the chicken bones & skin, strained
1 1/2 to 2 lbs carrots, peeled and sliced
8 spears of celery
2 medium onions
1/2 to 1 whole pod of garlic, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 teaspoon powdered tumeric
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon Worcherstershire sauce
3 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos or Organic Tamari (Soy Sauce)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Add all ingredients except chicken & cauliflower to broth and simmer for 45 minutes.
When carrots are done, add chicken and cauliflower “rice” and simmer another half hour.
