I decided to video me on my first official day of Paleo diet.
1 lb shrimp
2 medium zucchini
bella mushrooms sliced
cherry tomatoes cut
extra virgin olive oil
red pepper flakes
This is my day one of my Paleo adventure. I’m aiming to be pretty strict Paleo for at least a week and see how it goes. If you are wondering what Paleo is there are many great vids on Youtube explaining it. I kinda put the main theme of it in my vid listed.

I am not doing this diet to lose weight, but to see if it makes me feel better and to eventually do it with my son to hopefully help his skin issues. I’ll keep you updated!
Hubby had his on brown rice since he likes to have his carbs. He is not doing Paleo.
