What I Ate Today with Recipes (Whole30, Crockpot, Gluten-free)

Even though I’m not doing the Whole30, I still want to help those of you who are. So today’s What I Ate Wednesday video has three Whole30 approved meal ideas. Including a crockpot recipe. Click “Show More” ↓

Crockpot Salsa Chicken Recipe (Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Soy-free, Whole30, Paleo)

4-5 frozen chicken breasts
1 can of salsa (check the ingredients to make sure there is no sugar)
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar

Put the frozen chicken in the crockpot, on low, for about 4 hours. Add 2/3 of the can of salsa and the apple cider vinegar. Continue cooking for another 4 hours (7-8 hours total). Take the chicken out and shred. Add the last 1/3 of the salsa. Enjoy.
