Ingredients for 4 people:
600 g of minced meat
1 teaspoon of Worcester sauce
3 tablespoons of mild vegetable oil
4 slices of cheese
4 leaves of frisée
4 tablespoons of ketchup
4 hamburger buns
Peel the onion, chop finely and mix with the minced meat.
Season the meat with the Worcester sauce, spice with salt and plenty of pepper and make 4 flat burgers. Heat oil in a pan and fry the burgers in it. Then fry over low heat 6 minutes, turning them over once. Just before the burgers are ready, place 1 cheese slice over them and let it melt.
Meanwhile, wash and spin the lettuce until dry. Wash and dry the tomatoes, remove the stem and slice. Split the hamburger buns in half, place them on the oven grill with their cut side facing up and roast until crispy.
Then add the lettuce leaves and slices of melted cheese on each bottom half and cover the burger with the top half. Serve immediately.
