Ingredients for Gravy
• Butter – 70 gms
• Tomatoes – 4 big size
• Onion – 3 big size
• Garlic flakes – 30
• Green Chilies – 5
• Soaked Almonds – 50 gms
• Soaked Cashewnut – 50 gms
• Cumin/Jeera powder – 1 tbspoon
• Curd – 4 tbspoon
• Crushed Black pepper/Kali Mirch – ½ teaspoon
• Coriander powder – 1 tbspoon
• Red Chili powder – 1 tbspoon
• Garam masala powder – ½ teaspoon
• Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
• Salt to taste
• Kasuri Methi – 1 teaspoon
• Red orange Food color – 1 teaspoon
• Fresh Cream – 2 tbspoon
• Oil – 1 tbspoon

Ingredients for Chicken Tikka
• Boneless Chicken – 500 gms
• Lemon juice – 1
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbspoon
• Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
• Crushed Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
• Red orange colour – 1 teaspoon
• Curd – 2 tbspoon
• Red chili powder – 1 tbspoon
• Salt to taste
• Butter for cooking
