For Marination
800gms of Chicken
1tsp Salt
1tsp Red chilli powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4tbsp Curd

Chopped Garlic
Mace ( Javitri )
2- 3 Cardamom pods
Chopped Tomatoes
chopped Ginger
Chopped green chillies

Final Steps
– Butter
– Green Chillies
– Garlic
– Salt
– Red Chilli Powder
– Cream
– Honey
– Cardamom Powder
– Garam Masala
– Coriander Powder
– Kasoori Meethi


– Marinate the chicken with salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and curd and keep it aside for 2 hours
– In a pan add oil then some butter, once it melts add mace, cardamom pods, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chillies, water and coriander. Cook it properly and then turn off the flame.
– In a pan add oil and add the marinated chicken & cook it properly let it cook for 10 minutes
– Add the gravy into the grinder and make an even paste
– In a pan add some butter and green chillies, garlic and added the gravy through a sieve and do not add the cooked chicken to it
– Mix it well and let it boil now add some salt, red chilli powder, cream and once it boils add some honey, cardamom powder, garam masala, butter and coriander powder and kasoori meethi
– Butter Chicken is ready to be served!
