Ingredients for 2 servings:
• 300 g Chicken Breast
• 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
• 2 Medium Potatoes
• 2 Big Mushrooms
• 25 g butter
• 2 Cloves Garlic
• 50 g Grated Cheese
Preheat the oven to 230° C. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
In a pan, add the sunflower oil and cook the chicken until golden-brown.
Add the butter in the ceramic pan and melt it in the oven. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes and the mushrooms into cubes. Add them in the ceramic pan and season with salt and pepper grains. Add the chicken and 2 cloves garlic and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and add the cooking cream. Bake for 45 minutes. Add the grated cheese and bake for 10 more minutes until the cheese is melted and golden-brown. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
