Kung Pao Chicken Recipe – Easy Chinese Stir Fry Recipe – 宫保鸡丁

This Kung Pao Chicken Recipe is something that just about anyone can make. Why order Chinese Take Out when you can make this delicious Stir Fry Chicken Recipe at home. It has been a long time since I have made Kung Pao Chicken, but I plan on having it on a heavy rotation at my house.

Ingredients For Kung Pao Chicken Recipe:
* 2 TBS of chopped green onion
* 6 pieces of dried hot chili
* 1/4 cup of roasted peanuts
* 1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers
* 10 oz of boneless and skinless chicken breast(marinated with 1
egg white and 2 TBS of cornstarch)
* 3 tsp of vegetable cooking oil
* 1 tsp of minced ginger and 1 tsp of minced garlic
* 4 tsp of sherry cooking wine
* 1 1/2 tsp of oyster sauce
* 1 TBS – 1 1/2TBS of soy sauce to taste
* 2 oz of chicken stock
* 1 TBS of cornstarch dissolve in 2 oz of water
* 1 tsp of sesame oil

I served the Kung Pao Chicken with white rice.
