Ingredients: Sweet And Sour Chicken
• 400 grams – Boneless Chicken (cut into 1 inch pieces)
• 1 tbsp – Chopped Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger, finely chopped
• Crushed black peppercorns to taste
• 2 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Soy sauce
• 3-4 – Spring onion bulbs, chopped
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp chopped spring onion greens + for garnishing
• 1 tbsp – refined flour (maida)
• 1 tbsp – Cornstarch
• 1 tbsp – Red / Green Chilies Sauce
• Salt to taste
