– 200 grams minced meat
– 2 cloves grated garlic
– 1 teaspoon dryed thyme
– 1 teaspoon dryed Rosemary
– Good amount of pepper and salt.
– Extreme hot barbecue sauce 200.000 scoville
– Extreme hot chili sauce
– Slabs of bacon

How To:
– Mix the minced meat and the herbs and the extreme hot barbecue sauce
– Roll the minced meat in to meatballs
– Wrap the meatballs in bacon
– Smoke the PAINBALLS at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius
– Mob the meatballs with extreme hot chili sauce
– Smoking the meatballs will take about 15 minutes
– Can be served cold as well.
