Fried Pork chops recipe is the best and easiest pork chops recipe ever. A pork chop, like other meat chops, is a cut taken perpendicularly to the spine of the pig and usually containing a rib or part of a vertebra, served as an individual portion. They are suitable for roasting, grilling, or frying, but there are also stuffed pork chop recipes. They can be used boneless or bone-in. Pork chops are usually cut between 1/2 inch and 2 inches thick. Improved breeding techniques for hogs have made it possible to cook pork to a lower temperature, about 145 °F, helping the meat to remain juicy, while still being safe to eat.

As pork is often cooked more thoroughly than beef, thus running the risk of drying out the meat, pork chops can be brined to maintain moistness. One could also wrap their pork chops in bacon to add further moistness during the cooking process.
Pork is a nutrient dense food, meaning that its nutrient level is high in proportion to its calorie content. Pork contains a high level of some of the essential B vitamins, such as B12, B6, thiamin, niacin, and riboflavin. It is also rich in other nutrients, such as phosphorous, zinc, potassium, iron, and magnesium. One 3-ounce portion of pork provides approximately half of the daily requirement of protein.

With this recipe, pork chops will be very tender and juicy. This is one of my favourite dinner recipes. So try it and love it!

Ingredients:
– pork fillets (around 1kg)
– 350ml of milk
– 300g of flour
– 3 eggs
– 2 garlic cloves
– salt
– pepper
– vegeta
– oil

Prísady:
– Bravčové karé (asi 1 kg)
– 3 vajcia
– 300 g múky
– 350 ml mlieka
– 2 strúčiky cesnaku
– soľ
– vegeta
– korenie
– olej

Instructions:
You will see that this pork recipe does not take lot of time, and it will taste amazing. I like to prepare meat at first. You can buy pork which is already sliced, or you have to slice the pork on 1cm thick fillets. It does not have to be perfect, becouse after that you will beat the fillets just a little bit, so pork will be tender and juicy in the end. Then you have to add pinch of salt and pepper from both sides of each fillet.

Now you can turn to the dough preparation. At first, start with 3 eggs and beat them very well. Then add milk flour and finely chopped garlic cloves. Mix it very well. Now it is time for seasoning, add for about 1-2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper and 1 tsp of vegeta.

Heat the pan with oil on low medium heat.You can use whatever you like or prefer. If you want to know, that the oil is hot enough, grab little bit of dough and add it on pan. If the bubbles starts to comming out, it is ready for frying. Take the pork and dip it into prepared dough. Fry it immediately. Serve pork chops with potatoes or sandwich. It was quick and easy dinner recipe, right?
