RUB (Special thanks to Chef Jeff Meyer)
1/4 C light brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
Coat pork in olive oil then cover in rub
Grill at desired temp until internal temperature reaches 145-150
*Just a side note: it appears that the controller is flashing. That is just an issue with our camera not syncing up with the frequency.
