Beef – How to Make Peppered Steak Recipe [Episode 097]

In today’s video I will be making my version of peppered steak. A recipe that look complicated, but it is not. It requires just a few ingredients. It is flavorful and easy to make. Join me in my kitchen to make this very well-known recipe.

3 lbs of beef steaks cut in slices (marinate overnight with salt, pepper, and olive oil)
2 cups beef broth or stock
1 cup of diced green onions
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon coriander powder
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sesame oil
1 sliced large onion
1 cup corn starch
1 cut green bell pepper
1 cut red bell pepper
1 cup chopped cilantro

In a large frying pan, heat in high temperature the sesame oil. Add the meat to seal and add the corn starch (you can add the corn starch to the meat before placing in to the frying pan).

Once the meat is brown, add the green, red peppers, and onions. Let them sauté for 2 minutes partially covered.

Add the coriander, the garlic and the ginger; and stir.

Add the beef broth or stock; add the soy sauce; stir; add the green onions and the cilantro; stir.

Cover, lower the temperature to LOW; cover, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
