How to Make Saikoro Steak (Recipe) サイコロステーキの作り方(レシピ)

Tender diced beef steak cooked in garlic infused olive oil and topped with grated daikon and ponze soy sauce.

Ingredients:

14 oz/400 g good quality steak (tenderloin), at room temperature
2 inch (5 oz/150 g) daikon (Japanese radish)
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. white wine (I used dry sherry)
1 scallion for garnish
Korean chili thread for garnish (optional)
3 Tbps. ponzu sauce (homemade ponzu sauce reicpe here)
