This short pork ribs a mouth watering recipe that is simple & tastes great & is good for you. I added bell peppers and onion to give extra flavor. You will love this short pork ribs recipe once you try it you make it over and over again. Because easy and YUMMY!!!
2 lbs pork short ribs
1 green bell pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
Dash of salt
Black pepper according to taste
1. Add olive oil to the skillet and saute garlic, onion, bell peppers about 3 minutes and set aside. Season with dash of salt and black pepper according to you taste.
2. In the same skillet, browned the short ribs and add soysauce. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
3. Stir and add onion and bell peppers that you set aside and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Best serve with white steam rice and hot.
