I just wanted to share with you guys how quick and easy this meal is, but it is SO delicious! It is so simple – add pork chops, pour in salsa! Let it cook! Salt & pepper to taste 🙂 Cook on slow – 2-6 hours depending on the texture you’d like! And you’re done! We eat ours over rice. So flavorful, and so easy!
