PASTICCIO DI TORTELLINI AL FORNO, ricetta facile per tortellini gratinati al forno. Un primo piatto ricco e saporito da preparare per il pranzo della domenica. Quando voglio preparare qualcosa di speciale cucino i tortellini, così ho pensato a quest’alternativa aggiungendo mozzarella filante ai classici tortellini al sugo e mettendo tutto in forno per terminare la cottura.
