Bread flower: 2 cups
Warm water: 1 cup
Salt : 1 tsp
Dry chili flakes: 1 – 2 tbsp
Minced garlic: 3-5 cloves
Green onions: 2
Light Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp
chicken bouillon powder or salt: 1tsp
Peanut oil: heat up half a cup and use as much or as little as you like. Gernally it needs to cover and cook the chili and garlic
