Hello Everyone.
Indian Meal planning and pre-preparation is very important for various reasons:
-For families where both woman and man are working
-It saves a lot of time
-it save money and less food is wasted

As many of you requested to make more meal planning videos , here is another one.
Today I will be pre preparing veggies for the entire week so that I don’t have to think too much and just take one veggie at a time and make it.
The veggies this week are cluster beans (guar ki phali), bitter gourd ( karela), bottle gourd ( lauki), carrots, chickpeas, eggplant and for snacking puffed rice.
