4 Green Apples, Peeled and Sliced
1/8 Cup Lemon Juice (1oz./30ml)
1 Teaspoon Lemon or Lime Zest
1 1/2 Cups Granola with Dried Fruit & Nuts (6oz./180g)
1/2 Cup Sugar (3oz./95g)
1/2 Teaspoon Powdered Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Butter, Melted (2oz./60ml)

Peel and slice apples into wedges. Transfer to a large bowl. Add lemon juice and lemon zest, stir until combined. In another bowl combine granola, sugar, and cinnamon.
Transfer apples to a slow cooker prepared with cooking spray. Top apples with granola. Drizzle the butter over top. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until apples are soft and tender. Serve warm.

Makes about 5 servings.
