Who loves keto crockpot recipes or keto slow cooker recipes? I certainly am! Low carb crockpot meals are just such easy keto dinner recipes which you can whip up in no time. Bomb all your low carb ingredients in your slow cooker and you have a low carb slow cooker meal which is freat for keto meal prep. This Crockpot buffalo chicken is no exception. Easy as can be and super tasty.

Keto slow cooker recipes can sometimes be hard to come by with many sauces full of carbs. But Franks RedHot sauce is very low in carbs and makes a great addition to your low carb slow cooker recipes. I obtained the franks buffalo chicken sauce which was perfect for this buffalo chicken cauliflower rice bowl. This low carb slow cooker recipe has to be one of my favourties, again, because I am lazy and this is just such an easy keto crockpot recipe – introducing, the buffalo chicken cauliflower rice bowl.

This low carb slow cooker recipe is fanastic for both keto dinner recipes and keto lunch recipes. It couldn’t be easier to take this low carb slow cooker buffalo chicken cauliflower rice bowl to work and eat it for lunch. Simply heat it up and you have a low carb lunch receipe ready to devour!

I also show you how to make cauliflower rice in this video. I use a food processor for my cauliflower rice which forms the base f this cauliflower rice bowl. But there are other methods for making your cauliflower rice. If you can find it, I do recommend premade cauliflower rice – it is so much faster and much less mess! That’s what I’m looking for in my keto kitchen! Caulilfower rice is a great rice susbsittue in a keto lifestyle. It has a similar texture, helps fill you up and you’re eating a nutritious vegetable!

4 medium Chicken Breasts
1 cup Stock / Broth (240ml / 8.1oz)
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning (1.5g / 0.05oz)
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder (2.4g /0.08oz)

1/4 cup Stock / Broth (60ml / 2.1oz)
3/4 cup Franks RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce (180ml/6.09oz)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (3oml / 1oz)
2 Tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce (30ml / 1oz)
Cauliflower (907g/2lbs/1 large head)

Fat: 44g
Carbs: 30g Net Carbs (51g Total – 21g fibre)
Protein: 146g
