Red Wine Braised Chicken – Slow Cooker Recipe

If you are looking for Slow Cooker Dinner Ideas, give this Red Wine Braised Chicken Recipe a try. This Recipe only takes minutes to prepare and is super easy.
You could also make this recipe in a pressure cooker on the meat/stew function in under an hour.
While this recipe was tasty, I think braising this in the oven for 3 to 3 1/2 hours at 400 would bring out a richer flavor.
I used a Cabernet Sauvignon in this recipe, but any dry red wine would work. I can see some sweeter dark red wines work in this recipe as well.
