Ingredients of Bhetki Macher Paturi Recipe:
1. Bhetki Fish/ Barramundi fish (12 pc).
2. Mustard seeds paste (8 tbsp).
3. Plain yogurt (6 tbsp)
4. Turmeric powder (1 tsp).
5. Cumin powder (1tsp).
6. Salt (as per your taste).
7. Sugar (as per your taste).
8. Mustard oil (7 tbsp).
9. Slitted green chilli (12 pc).
10. Banana leaf / Kala Pata (cut in to 12 pc).

Methods of How to make Bhetki Macher Paturi:
1. Take a mixing bowl.
2. Add 8 tbsp mustard seeds paste, 6tbsp plain yogurt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar and 4 tbsp mustard oil. Mixed it well.
3. Add fillets of Bhetki fishes and slitted green chillis. Mixed it well. Keep it for 30 min in freeze.
4. Boil the banana leaf or Kola Pata for 10 to 15 min in medium flame with cover the lid.
5. Take 1 banana leaf pc. Put 1 pc bhetki fish, 1 pc green chilli and 1 tsp mustard gravy in it.
6. Wrap it with a cotton thread.
7. Wrap all the Bhetki Mach by this way.
8. Heat the pan and add 1 tbsp mustard oil in it.
9. Fry the paturi for 3min in medium flame use the lid.
10. After 3 min turn over and cook for 3 min again with cover the lid.
11. Now serve hot Bhetki Maacher Paturi with hot steamed rice.
