Fish Fry – Bengali Snacks Bar Style Fried Fish Recipe – How To Make Fish Cutlet At Home

Here is complete recipe of Bengali Snacks Bar Style Fish Fry or Fish Cutlets. It is very popular Bengali evening snacks item. So let’s watch this easy step by step recipe and try it your own at home.

Ingredients of Fish Fry / Fish Cutlet:
1. Fillets of Bhetki Mach / Barramundi Fish.
2. Corn flour (2 tbsp).
3. An Egg.
4. Ginger Garlic paste.
5. Parsley Leaves Paste.
6. Lemon Juice.
7. Red Chilli Powder.
8. Bread Crumbs.
9. Black Pepper Powder.
10. Salt
11. Refined Oil.

Methods of How to make Fish Cutlet:
1. Marinate the Bhetki fish with 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp parsley leaves paste, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper powder. Mixed it properly.
2. Keep the marinated fish in freeze for 30 min to 1 hour.
3. Add ½ egg and 2 tbsp corn flour. Mix it well with marinated fish.
4. Take some bread crumbs in a flat utensil.
5. Take 1 by 1 fish cutlets and mix bread crumbs properly. Keep aside.
6. Heat the pan and add refined oil.
7. Deep fry the fish cutlet very well in high flame.
8. Serve hot fish fry with onion rings. You can also serve it with salads, sauce or kasundi.
