2 Salmon Steaks (Filleted)
1/4 cup favorite BBQ sauce
Lawry’s Hawaiian Marinade (or any other flavor that you like)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Canned Pineapple slices
Salt & Pepper
Marinade Salmon for 30 min. Salt and Pepper to taste. Combine bbq sauce and brown sugar and brush it on top of the salmon steaks. Place pineapple slice in the middle of each steak (I used two on each, because I really like pineapples 🙂 Coat the pan generously with cooking spray, then place the salmon on it to bake.
Bake at 400 deg. for 30 min. Enjoy!
