Recipe showing how to broil salmon. It is a quick and easy recipe as it will only take about 15 to 20 minutes total prep time. You will need only four ingredients which are salmon half to one pound, half of a lime or lemon and salt and dill to taste.
Preheat your broiler to 500 degrees fahrenheit. Wash salmon and pat dry. Season with sea salt, dill and juice or lime or lemon. You may want to spray non-stick cooking spray on bottom of baking dish so the salmon does not stick. Place salmon in pan skin down. Place in broiler for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn salmon over and place back in the broiler for another 5-6 minutes or until fish flakes to the touch. Serve with fresh steamed vegetables or your choice of sides.
