14 oz (400 g) skin-on salmon fillet (cut in half if one big piece)

Marinade

2 Tbsp. white miso*
1 Tbsp. sake
1 Tbsp. mirin
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
¼ tsp. sesame oil

Topping

½ tsp. black and white sesame seeds (optional)
1 scallion for garnish (optional)
