Join me as I awkwardly show you how to make a super delicious and simple, pineapple glazed salmon recipe, that won’t destroy your waistline:)
1 Cup of Pineapple Juice (from canned pineapple is what I used)
1/4 cup Low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup of Honey
1 tbsp. Lemon or Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Olive Oil (coconut or peanut oil works)
4- 6 pieces of Salmon
Seasonings of choice for salmon ( I used Mrs Dash original table blend)
Bowl with Lid or a Ziplock bag
Combine first 5 ingredients
Add seasoned salmon to the marinade
Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer.
Line salmon on a greased pan and top with pineapples
Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on stove.
