Recipe in English HERE:
Tilapia ( as many filet as desired )
2 Tablespoons of Paprika
1 Teaspoon of White Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon of Chicken Bouillon
Salt as desired

Wash Tilapia and dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, mix Paprika, White Pepper, Chicken Bouillon, Garlic Powder, and Salt. Rub onto each side of every fish filet.

In a hot pan, add a Teaspoon of cooking oil and spread it using the method in the video. Once oil is brought to temperature add each fish filet one at a time. For each filet leave it cooking on each side for 3 minutes until both sides of the filet are browned. Next cover the pan for 1 minute so that the fish cooks thoroughly. After 1 minute uncover the pan, and using Med-Low heat cook the fish further while uncovered for 1 minute. This is done to ensure the fish does not have a soggy consistency. At this point the filet is ready to be pulled out. Repeat this process for all filets.
