This is one of my favorite tilapia recipes because it is easy to make and only takes about 8 minutes of cooking time. Tilapia is a firm, mild flavoured, fresh water white fish, and since it is much cheaper than fillet of sole these days it’s an excellent, tasty and prudent alternative. Because of how firm it is, I do like to coat it with some seasonings or rubs and just saute it it on high heat. A fresh fruit salsa like in this cooking tutorial is a great accompaniment for this tilapia recipe.
