Mum’s fried Tilapia recipe!

This recipe uses tilapia fillets but any fish can be used.
The ingredients are: jerk seasoning, fish seasoning, thyme, all purpose seasoning, egg, flour, breadcrumbs.
Each piece of fish should be fried for 5 minutes on each side before turning. Turn at least twice until cooked. When the fish is a golden brown colour it is ready.
