This casually made recipe for Banku & Tilapia (with a side of rump roast) was every bit as delicious as it looks in the video.

Ingredients:
2 Tilapia
2 pieces rump roast (beef)
4 tomatoes (more for extra sauce/salsa)
3 onions
10 kpakposhito
2″ ginger
4 cloves garlic
Oil
Salt
Badia Complete Seasoning Spice
Fish Spice
Meat Spice
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 cube Shrimp Bouillon
Curry Powder
Kebob powder (ground peanut, chili pepper powder, salt, other herbs)
