1 tsp mirin
1 tsp soy sauce
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp seasme oil
4 tbsp of chipped spring onions
1 tsp avocado oil
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup red rice
1/2 cup brown rice
2 tbsp of spring onions
1 pinch of salt
3 cherry tomatoes sliced
8 slices of cucumber
1/3 cup soft tofu
1 seasoned fried egg
sesame oil and sesame seeds to garnish
