NEFitt Healthy Meal Wednesdays #1 – High Protein Tuna Patties

Here’s our first installment of our healthy meals series on youtube. This was the first video we ever recorded so it was kind of iffy, but the next ones will be much better!


2 cans of tuna
2 tablespoons of flour (ground oats)
2 teaspoons of pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
2 pieces of garlic
1/2 an onion
some olive oil.

80g of protein
12g of fat
19g of carbs
500 calories
