In this video I turn forgotten vegetables like cauliflower and carrots into a savory raw vegan recipe. With the addition of raw kimchi, and a delicious homemade raw cashew miso sauce, this recipe comes reminiscently close kimchi fried rice. Thanks for the inspiration to try kimchi, Mommy Tang!
I chose to keep this recipe raw vegan, which also means that it is gluten free, and vegan paleo friendly.
