To make these vegan veggie spring rolls, just water saute your favorite vegetables and then roll them in the nori sheets like you would fold a burrito. So easy and delicious! I used: onion “seasoning blend” that also had celery, red and green bell peppers, 1 T of fresh peeled and diced ginger, a variety of fresh mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, kale, broccoli slaw, and bean sprouts. You can get nori sheets at most grocery stores in the Asian foods section, or order them from Amazon.com or Walmart.com. Enjoy!
