INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cauliflower — grated
1 cup onion — chopped
1 cup fresh coconut — grated
1 cup fresh coriander — chopped
1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
3 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt — to taste

TOPPING:
Bread crumbs

METHOD:
Mix together everything using a very light hand. Put the mixture in a greased 6″ baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top…to cover. Bake at 220 degree C for 30-45 minutes…till an inserted knife comes out clean. Cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes. Turn over the dish on a wire rack and let it cool down. Steam to reheat before serving. Enjoy with green chutney.
